About the Artist

Beki Killorin, a native Oklahoma artist, received most of her training in her home state.  In 1987, Beki and her husband relocated to the Pacific Northwest, where she works from her studio in Washington's Puget Sound.

Oil, inks, mixed media, and watercolors have been the cornerstone of her artistic growth.  Throughout the years she developed her skills in these media and gained national recognition in the areas of museums, galleries, and personal sales.  In 1983, Beki took a major step into intaglio printmaking.  The technical challenge of these medium, combined with her already well-defined skills as a professional artist, provided a positive venue for printmaking as a a full time career.

Stepping into the new century included the addition of giclee prints, enabling Beki to bring to you another dimension of her art and to expand the horizon of her watercolors.

Today, Beki's etchings, giclee prints, and original watercolors are representd by galleries both nationally and abroad.  Her style brings a contemporary look to familiar subjects, imbuing birds, flowers, and other images of the natural world with a unique life and spirit.  A special imprint, a small red dot precedes her signature on every work of art or print, is her acknowledgement of God's ever-present and lasting love and affirmation fo the wonder of His creation.

"This is my language, the journal of my life in every brush stroke."
